Origin/meaning
This Squadron was formed in Britain during World War II with Dutch personnel who wanted to continue the fight against the Germans. This Badge was granted while a Squadron of the Royal Air Force, it has also got a Badge in the Dutch Pattern. The Parrot symbolises the Mascot of the Squadron named Polly Grey.
