WEINSTADT
State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Rems-Murr Kreis
Additions : 1975 Beutelsbach, Endersbach (1973 Strümpfelbach), Grossheppach, Schnait
Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on May 3, 1976.
The arms are canting, the name means 'City of wine' and thus show a bunch of grapes. The chief shoes a deer antler, the symbol of Württemberg, which was part of the arms of three of the former municipalities. The colours are those of Württemberg.
