Official blazon
Portuguese Escudo de negro, com uma torre torreada de prata aberta e iluminada de vermelho saínte de um mar de quatro faixas ondadas, duas de prata e duas de verde. A torre acompanhada por duas canas de açúcar de ouro sustidas e folhadas do mesmo. Em chefe um cacho de uvas de ouro folhado e sustido do mesmo, carregado por uma quina das armas de Portugal das suas cores, acompanhado por duas estrelas de ouro de oito raios. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " VILA DE PORTO MONIZ ".
