In azuur een schuingeplaatste octopus van zilver, door de armen waarvan een schuingeplaatste bliksemschicht van goud gaat. Het geheel omgeven door de vastgestelde omlijsting met in het ovale plaatje de Arabische cijfers 931 en met de embleemspreuk ‘waakzaam en vasthoudend’.
