MOCA

Arms of Moca (Puerto Rico)

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The stars in the upper half are a symbol of the St. Mary, patron saint of the town. The purple diamond symbolises the Moca flower, a branch of which is placed in the lower half of the shield.

I have no information on the meaning of the monogram.
