Origin/meaning

The arms were originally granted in the 16th century by the Lords of Kolowrat, rulers of the town at the time. The current arms were adopted on ??

The original arms showed the bicoloured eagle of the Kolowrat family (see also Milín). I have no idea when the current colours were adopted.
