Portuguese Escudo de ouro, molho de seis espigas de centeio verde e duas espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas de verde, uma posta em banda e outra em barra e, sobre os pés, um cacho de uvas de prata, folhado de verde; em chefe, seis estrelas de azul, alinhadas em duas faixas, três e três. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ ESPINHO - MANGUALDE “.
