Arms (crest) of Ratiboř (Jindřichův Hradec)

Official blazon

V modro-zlatě polceném štítě červené orlí křídlo se sedmi zlatými srdíčky, provázené vpravo zlatou růží.

Origin/meaning

The arms were registered on November 28, 2000.

The arms were designed by heraldist Stanislav Kasík. They are based on a "rychtář" (local administrator) seal from 1658 containing a wing. Seven hearts were added into the wing as a lucky number, together symbolising a love for your birth town. The blue and gold background comes from the colours of the Lords of Hradec.
