Portuguese Escudo de verde, um pelourinho de prata entre dois ramos de pinheiro, frutados de ouro; em contra-chefe, uma ponte de três arcos de prata, lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e assente num pé de água ondado de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ VILA DE SERPINS “.
