Portuguese Escudo de de negro, três rodízios de púrpura assentes em faixetas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. Em chefe uma estrela de prata de cinco raios acompanhada de dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, troncados e folhados de verde. Coroa mural de cinco torres de prata. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " CIDADE DE GOUVEIA ".
