Origin/meaning
The Bees symbolises the Work performed by the Engineers of the Unit. Their Numbers alludes to the Number of the Unit. The Cedar Tree symbolises Services in Lebanon. The Crest alludes to the city of Espinho, seat of the Engineer Regiment No 3 which was responsible for raising the Unit.
