Inactivated on 10 Feb 1951. Activated on 14 Feb 1952. Inactivated on 16 Jun 1952. Consolidated (1 Sep 1991) with the 2101 Communications Squadron, which was designated, and organized, on 1 Jan 1965. Redesignated as: 2101 Information Systems Squadron on 1 Jul 1984; 2101 Communications Squadron on 1 Nov 1986; 97 Communications Squadron on 1 Sep 1991. Inactivated on 1 Jun 1992. Activated on 1 Oct 1992.
