Portuguese	Escudo de azul, com duas setas de prata passadas em aspa e atadas de vermelho; em chefe, lança de ouro, posta em faixa, tendo brocante disco radiante de prata, carregado das cinco chagas de Cristo; em campanha, monte de três cômoros de ouro, movente dos flancos e de pé ondado de azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “COUSSO - MELGAÇO”.
