Von Gold und Schwarz geteilt; oben ein schwarzer wachsender rotbewehrter doppelgeschwänzter Löwe, unten drei goldene gleicharmige 2:1 gestellte Kreuze.

The lion is the lion of the Counts of Jülich, as the village historically belonged to the Jülich county. The base shows crosses as a symbol for the local patron saints, St. Mauritius and St. Urbanus.
