Durch Göpelschnitt geteilt; Feld 1: in Silber ein grünes Lindenblatt; Feld 2: in Silber gekreuzt ein schwarzer Hammer und ein Eisen, belegt mit einem Meißel; Feld 3: in Grün eine silberne Pflugschar.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 13, 1996.

The arms combine elements for the nature in the municipality (linden leaf, green colour), with symbols for the stone mining and agriculture. Both have been of great importance in the history and development of the village.
