ACHTELSBACH
State : Rheinland-Pfalz
District (Kreis) : Birkenfeld
Verbandsgemeinde : Birkenfeld
Origin/meaning :
The arms were granted on July 5, 1965.
The rose refers to the Lutheran church in the village, which dominates the village. The lower half shows the lion of the Pfalz, as the village historically belonged to the Duchy Pfalz-Zweibrücken. The historical seal of the village also showed the lion.
