Grossbun.jpg

Origin/meaning :
The arms were granted on April 18, 1967.

The lion and the bar in the upper part is derived from the arms of the Lords of Steinkallenfels, who acquired Gross- and Kleinbundenbach in the 17th century. The Agnus Dei is derived from the seal of Käshofen and Bundenbach known since 1746. The arms differ from those of <a href=k/kleinbun|Kleinbundenbach]] in colours, but the design is identical.
