Über verkürztem, von Silber und Blau im Wellenschnitt geteiltem Wellenschildfuß in Grün eine goldene Windmühle (Galerieholländer), in der Höhe des Flügelkreuzes begleitet rechts von einem aufrecht stehenden goldenen Fass, links von einem gefüllten goldenen Sack.
