In Silber über zwei blauen Wellenbalken drei deichselförmig gestellte grüne Weidenblätt.

Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on January 7, 1993.

The three willow leaves represent the three municipalities in the Amt. The willow is a very common tree in the area. The two wavy bars represent the Elbe and Pinnau rivers in the Amt.
