Von Blau, darin je eine silberne Lilie, und Silber, darin je ein schwarzer Ring, geviert, belegt mit einem schwarzen Balken.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 31, 1984.

Until 1984 the village used the arms below, which were never officially granted:

These arms are based on the oldest known seal of the town, dating from 1590. The colours are known since the late 18th century.

The silver and black division is derived from the arms of the Estate of Bechtolsheim.
