Colonial arms
The arms were officially granted on December 9, 1931.
Official blazon:
In goud een geplante, vruchtdragende cocospalm van sinopel. De stam van den cocospalm op ongeveer een derde van de hoogte doorstoken met een degen van zilver, schuinsrechts geplaatst, de punt omhoog. Het schild gedekt met een gouden kroon van drie bladeren en twee paarlen. Schildhouders : twee herten in natuurlijke kleur, staande op een tak van een Tangkalakboom van simopel.
