Escudo burelado ondado de prata e azul, com um barco rabelo de ouro, realçado de negro, aparelhado e vogante; em chefe, dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro, passados em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VALENÇA DO DOURO “.
