Escudo de prata com uma mó de vermelho, acompanhado por dois choupos de verde arrancados de negro e por duas videiras, também de negro, arrancadas do mesmo e enroscadas nos choupos, terminando em chefe cada um por um cacho de uvas de púrpura. As videiras são folhadas de verde, em contra-chefe uma faixa ondada de azul. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres a negro : " VILA VERDE ".
