Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat albastru. În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află o coroană regală închisă de opt cercuri cu perle (dintre care cinci vizibile), terminate în partea superioară cu un glob crucifer, totul de aur. În vârful scutului, în câmp auriu, se află un copac verde dezrădăcinat. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 9, 2014.

The royal crown symbolizes the fact that the current commune, formerly called King Ferdinand, is linked to both the Union Day and the sovereign of Romania, during which the Union took place.

The wavy bar evokes the Argeș river, on the shore of which the locality is located.

The tree represents the forest cluster on the territory of the locality.
