History: Constituted as 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron on 18 Feb 1959. Activated in the Reserve on 14 Apr 1959. Ordered to active duty on 13 May 1968. Relieved from active duty on 1 Jun 1969. Redesignated as: 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Flight on 23 Apr 1971; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron on 15 Aug 1974; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Flight on 15 Oct 1987; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron on 1 Nov 1990. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1994. Activated on 1 Apr 2008.
