Redesignated as 90 Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron on 2 Dec 1964. Organized on 15 Dec 1964. Inactivated on 1 Nov 1970. Redesignated as 90 Maintenance Squadron on 31 May 1994. Activated on 1 Jul 1994. Redesignated as 90 Missile Maintenance Squadron on 1 Oct 2002.
