Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În partea dreaptă, în câmp roșu, se află o pasăre răpitoare de argint, aflată în zbor. În partea stângă, în câmp auriu, se află un călăreț stând pe un cal aflat în salt, care ține cu mâna stângă frâul, iar cu dreapta o sabie poziționată în bară deasupra capului, totul negru. În vârfului scutului, în câmp albastru, se află 12 spice de grâu de aur, dispuse în evantai. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
