Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 28, 1987.

The azure and gules of the field, the three bugles and the boar's head are taken from the arms of the City of Bradford with the white rose denoting Yorkshire.

The motto PIONEER IN EDUCATION reflects the history of the College and is an exhortation to future generations.
