В червлёном поле повышенное золотое солнце с дуболиственными лучами, вместо лица у которого – вписанная в червлёное тонкое кольцо червлёная подобная вырубному кресту звезда о восьми лучах, каждый луч которой сообразно обременён золотым ромбом; всё сопровождено внизу двумя разобщёнными золотыми рыбами, возникающими на три четверти снизу и по сторонам на половину высоты краёв щита; хвост левой рыбы поверх хвоста правой.
