Motto: Nil nos tremefacit.

Origin/meaning

The Squadron was known as ”The Spearpoints” after being part of a ”Q” Force from Suez to Constantinople in 1926. The Motto translates as "Nothing shakes us”. The badge was approved in July 1936.
