Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de o fascie îngustă, de argint. În partea superioară, în câmp de aur, se află trei munți verzi, peste care broșează o mână, ținând o cruce, totul de aur. În partea inferioară, în câmp roșu, se află o roată de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on May 5, 2005.
The golden hand holding the cross is the symbolic image of the anti-communist struggle waged by the priest Coriolan Buracu in 1950 and after.
The green mountains refer to the forest richness of the locality, located in the Semenicului area.
The wavy silver bar symbolizes the springs of the river Nera, and the wheel represents the traditional occupation of the inhabitants, spinning.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
