ROYAL AIR FORCE RECORD OFFICE

History: Formed at Blandford in 1918, renamed Record and Pay Office on 1 April 1965.

Motto: Ad omnia ordinanda

Origin/meaning

The Scroll indicates the Records kept, the location near the City of Gloucester is symbolised by the torteau from the City's Arms. The Motto translates as "For the purposed of arranging everything in order". The badge was approved in April 1956.
