Portuguese Escudo de negro, com uma amendoeira de verde florida de prata e saínte de um contra-chefe de verde rematado de rochas de prata realçado de verde, cortada por três faixas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. Amendoeira acompanhada por duas trompas de caça de ouro forradas de vermelho, sustendo dois falcões de sua cor e acantonado em chefe por dois nós de corda, de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com os dizeres a negro : " VILA NOVA DE FOZ CÔA ".
