Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărțit în istițiune. În partiția din dreapta, în câmp roșu, se află un măr de aur cu codița și frunzulița spre stânga. În partiția din stânga, în câmp roșu, se află un brad dezrădăcinat, de argint. În vârful scutului, în câmp verde, se află un zid semicircular din patru rânduri de cărămizi întrețesute, sub care se află o elice de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 28, 2005.
The fir tree represents the forest richness of the area. The apple signifies the fruit richness of the area.
The propeller symbolizes the hydropower activity, through the presence of the dam from Poiana Mărului.
The wall signifies the presence of Roman effigies and the historical past of the locality.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
