Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat crenelat în șef. În șef, în câmp auriu, se află 3 flăcări albastre umbrite cu argint. În partea inferioară, în câmp de azur, se află 3 pești hristici de argint, dispuși 2:1; central, pe un besant de aur, se află un bujor de Zau, roșu cu frunze verzi. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on February 10, 2015.
The chief symbolizes the fortresses, monuments and traditional fairs in the area.
The golden circle represents the archaeological values, and the peony symbolizes the natural reservation with steppe peonies of Zau, from the area, unique in Europe.
The stylised fish represents the communion of the 3 Christian faiths, as well as the fish lakes, having as cultural tradition the "Silver Fish" festival.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
