Über blau-golden geschachtem Schildfuß in Silber ein roter Mühlstein belegt mit einem goldenen Mühleisen.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 4, 1966.
The millstone refers to the two watermills that used to be in the area, and around which the village supposedly developed. The base shows the quartered arms of the Sponheim County, to which the village historically belonged.
