Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 19, 1997.
The boat (a Kahn) is a canting element for Kähnsdorf. The fish stands for the See (lake) part of the name and also refers to the former importance of fishing is Seddin. The train locomotive wheel represents the railway complex in Neuseddin.
