Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 2000.

The arms show a canting oak (Eiche) branch with five leaves and acorns, one for each of the settlements in the municipality: Eiche-Dorf, Hoheneiche, Mehrower Spitze, Eiche Süd A and Eiche Süd B.
