Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 2002.

The harrow is a symbol for the agricultural character of the village. The bend shows the colours of Brandenburg and symbolizes that the village historically belongs to Brandenburg.

The Great Bustard (Trappe) symbolizes the village of Trappenfelde. The green colour aymbolises the forests and nature.
