German heraldry:

Selected collector's items from Germany:

HEESSEL

State : Niedersachsen
District (Kreis) : Cuxhaven

Wappen von Heessel (Hemmoor)/Arms (crest) of Heessel (Hemmoor)
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

Unfortunately I only have a small black-and-white image. A colour image is welcome !
The hazel nuts are a canting symbol, Heessel can be derived from Haselloh, or hazel forest. The four tools in the base symbolise the four first buildings in the village.
