German	In Silber ein roter aufgerichteter Doppelhaken (Wolfsangel) mit Querbalken, begleitet oben rechts von einer roten Rose mit goldenen Butzen, unten links von einer roten Eichel.

Origin/meaning

The arms were designed and granted on July 10, 1934.

The arms are a combination of the hook from the arms of Idar and Oberstein, with an acorn derived from the Oberstein arms. The rose is again derived from the arms of Idar.
