STADELN

State : Bayern
Urban District (Stadtkreis) : Fürth
Incorporated into: 1972 Fürth

Wappen von Stadeln/Arms (crest) of Stadeln
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1963.

The arms show a water mill wheel, a symbol for the many watermills in the town and surrounding area in former centuries. The wavy bend symbolises the Regnitz river that runs through the municipality. The red and silver colours are those of Franken, the area in which the municipality is situated.
