WALTERSDORF
State : Brandenburg
District (Kreis) : Dahme-Spreewald
Incorporated into : 2003 Schönefeld
German | In Gold eine heraldisch stilisierte schwarze Kirche oben begleitet von fünf blauen Kornblumenblüten (3:2). |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were not used by the municipality, but designed after the merger in 2003.
The arms show the local, 13th century, church, a landmark of the village. The corn flowers symbolise the agricultural character of the area. The number of 5 refers to the 5 settlements in the former municipality.
