HARRAS
State : Thüringen
District (Kreis) : Hildburghausen
Incorporated into: 1993 Eisfeld
German | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 21, 1992.
The arms are based on the arms of the Von Rosenau family, who had their estate in Harras for many centuries. The arms can also be seen on one of the oldest buildings in the village. Prior to 1992 the arms were already used by the village as its symbol.
