The arms were granted on March 19, 1952 and show on the right the fountain with the lion, taken from the arms and seal of Alsenborn, and on the left the church of Enkenbach. The oldest seal of Alsenborn dates from the 16<sup>th</sup> century and already shows the fountain. The church of Enkenbach dates from the 13<sup>th</sup> century and was part of the large abbey in the town.
