De sinople, à trois poissons d'argent, le 1er et 3me contournés, l'écu surmonté d'un buste de St. Pierre d'or, tenant dans sa main dextre une clef de même, deux clefs d'or adossées possées en sautoir derrière l'écu; pour support deux lions de gueules.
