Official blazon

In Silber ein links gewendeter steigender roter Wolf.

Origin/meaning

The village belonged to the State of Passau until 1806 and to Bayern since. The village used a seal with the wolf of Passau. To distinguish the arms from the arms of Passau the wolf was turned.
