Unter grünem Wellenschildhaupt, darin eine waagerechte gesprengte goldene Kette, in Silber zwei schmale blaue Wellenbalken über einem blauen Dreispitzzinnenschildfuß, darin ein schmaler silberner Wellenbalken.
