Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 9, 1930.
The village Reinfeld grew around the Cistercian monastery Reynevelde. The abbot's crozier symbolises the monastery. The wheat ear symbolised the importance of the agriculture in the area. The two ears represent the two older municipalities of Neuhof and Steinhof. The carp in the lower part of the arms symbolise the carp breeding, which was started by the monks in the middle ages and is still practised. Every year a carp festival is held in the village.
