HERZFELDE
State: Brandenburg
District (Kreis): Märkisch-Oderland
Incorporated into: 2003 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin
German | blazon wanted |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted in 1996.
The cross symbolises the local church, which dates from medieval times. The church belonged to the Cistercian abbey of Zinna. The colours of the arms are taken from the arms of the Cistercian Order. The hearts are a canting element (Herz=heart).
